This position is part-time and offers a W-2 employment status along with a guaranteed schedule of 20 hours per week.

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience in dog walking available Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 4 pm.
• A vehicle is required.
• A strong sense of reliability, punctuality, and exemplary communication skills.
• Capability to navigate diverse weather conditions and engage in extended walking hours.
• Knowledge of Chicago's neighborhoods.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and be at least 18 years old.
• Experience interfacing with clients and canine companions.
• Possession of a smartphone equipped with a data plan for effective communication and walk tracking.

Areas of Service in Chicago Include: Andersonville, Avondale, Bucktown, Gold Coast, Irving Park, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, Logan Square, Loop, North Center, Old Town, Ravenswood, River North, Roscoe Village, South Loop, Streeterville, West Loop, and Wicker Park.

Core Responsibilities:

• Travel to various service areas to manage dog walking routes or handle key duties.
• Ensure coverage during emergencies to guarantee all dogs enjoy their walks.
• Provide support to new staff by accompanying them on training and observation routes.
• Manage newly acquired client routes and disseminate marketing materials in strategic locations.
• Promptly respond to communication from staff and clients, maintaining effective dialogue.
• Support in documenting staff adherence to performance and safety standards.
• Conduct thorough audits of employee onboarding, key management, and client account details.

Position Details: Part-Time Role

Pay Structure: Offering $19.00 per hour with a guarantee of 20 working hours each week, totaling $380.00 weekly.
